SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
My primary role at Enchant involves overseeing our 22 social media accounts across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter). I focus on developing robust strategies tailored to each market, creating compelling content, and fostering community engagement. Additionally, I lead the management of our Ambassador program, coordinating with over 70 talents in 8 different cities across the USA.
MARKETING MANAGER
I began my journey with Evident as a Social Media Manager, quickly advancing to the role of Marketing Manager within a few months. Initially, my focus was on crafting the brand identity and boosting awareness, particularly on Instagram, where we achieved remarkable growth from 0 to 10k followers in just a few months. As part of my role, I formed and led a dynamic marketing team, collaborating to develop a robust lead generation strategy.
In addition, I forged relationships with digital agencies, leveraging collaborations to enhance our marketing efforts. I've also worked closely with various departments, ensuring a cohesive approach to our overall business objectives.
COMMUNITY MANAGER
My primary responsibility involved executing community management on Facebook and Instagram. In addition, I conducted photo shoots for content creation, covered digital events, performed competitive intelligence, audits, editorial planning, and handled analytics and reporting. I also played a key role in training field teams on the brand's digital strategy.
